Physics 2009 - part 1

The MHS physics class recently built a bridge from 182 grams of balsa wood.  The bridge, the first one designed by this hardworking group of students, held 25 pounds - about 100 times its own weight. Once the bridge had proven itself safe for the design weight (and after the grades were entered in the gradebooks), the class decided to see just how much the bridge could withstand.
